Slowly fermented for 72 hours to break down sugars and starches, our homemade focaccia has a unique deep flavor and tanginess from the extended fermentation. Promotes healthy gut bacteria and great for those with gluten intolerance and digestion issues, the long fermentation process results to low GCI which helps keep blood sugar levels more stable.

Shelf life: 3 days room temperature, 2 months frozen. Reheat at 180C for 3-5 minutes. Made from scratch. Please allow 4-5 days lead time for orders.
