What's your operating schedule?
We are open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm every Friday, Saturday, and Monday and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Sundays
Where are you located?
We are located in Mapayapa Village, Quezon City
Do you deliver?
Sorry, we no longer offer delivery service as it's a very lean operation. This is also to ensure you have control over where your order is delivered and in a timely manner. You may arrange your pick up via Lalamove/Grab courier.
Can we pick up at your location?
Orders are for courier pick up. You may opt to book your preferred courier service. Please select the “Insulated/Motor Bag” option when booking.
What’s your dispatch time?
Our products are always made fresh and takes a bit of time to prepare. Dispatch is from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and may be adjusted when needed.
Can I order for today? Do you accept rush orders?
Unfortunately, all our menu items are made fresh upon order confirmation in small batches and uses fresh seasonal ingredients. All orders are scheduled ahead to ensure you get the freshest ingredients and to maintain product quality so you can enjoy them at their best. Our slots fill up quickly but we try to accommodate all orders as much as possible. Ask us on Instagram and we may just be able to do our best to squeeze you in the earliest available bake slot.

Why are pre-orders so long?
Good things take time and we make sure that you get only the best and freshest products. As much as we want to share on-demand products with you, our products are only prepared upon order to ensure quality and freshness. They are also made in small batches and we try to pool all orders in one go to manage product consistency, output efficiency, and costs. But we promise, it will be worth the wait.
Are your products all vegan?
While we try to provide as much Vegan options as possible, we have a variety of vegetarian-friendly and healthier alternatives from our regular offerings to provide more options for everyone.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we do and would love to work with you on special orders! Just send us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp at +63 976 020 7249 (text only).
Can you pack it as a present and include a personalized note for me?
We’d be more than happy to prepare your special gift for you! Make sure to include the Note Card and Special Gift box to your order. You can find them here and here.
What are your payment methods?
We accept QR payments through Gcash.
Do you have QR codes?
Yes, we do! QR codes are sent via email whenever you place an order.

We are always excited to bake for you and get your orders ready extra early. Please ensure to have your lines open on delivery day. If you opted for courier pick up, we want you to enjoy your freshly baked orders just like they were just out the oven so please make sure to arrange the pick up schedule on the provided pick up time.
Unfortunately, due to recent instances, we will strictly enforce "pay as you order" process. All unconfirmed orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours and verbal/text confirmation will no longer be accepted. We source our ingredients and materials ahead of time. Strictly no cancellation of confirmed orders.
