What's your operating schedule? 
We are open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm from Saturday to Sunday, and from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Mondays.

Can I order Crinkles by Former ADB Executive Chef?
Yes, you may place an online order for Crinkles by Former ADB Executive Chef through our website crumbsandgrubs.com. 

Order schedule is posted on the website and on our Facebook and Instagram page regularly, follow our official social media accounts to stay updated on pre-order schedule. 

Crumbs and Grubs is the only BIR and DTI registered, official seller of Crinkles by Former ADB Executive Chef.

 

Do you deliver?
Sorry, we no longer offer delivery service as it's a very lean operation. This is also to ensure you have control over where your order is delivered and in a timely manner. You may arrange your pick up via GrabExpress courier. 

 

Can we pick up at your location?
Orders are for courier/Grab pick up. You may opt to book your preferred courier service. Please select the “Insulated/Motor Bag” option when booking. Please don't forget to provide your rider your order number and details. 

 

What’s your dispatch time?
Our products are always made fresh and takes a bit of time to prepare. Dispatch is typically from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and may be adjusted when needed. Please refer to the email confirmation sent to your designated email. 

 

Can I order for today? Do you accept rush orders?
Unfortunately, all our menu items are made fresh upon order confirmation in small batches and uses fresh seasonal ingredients. All orders are scheduled ahead to ensure you get the freshest ingredients and to maintain product quality so you can enjoy them at their best. Our slots fill up quickly but we try to accommodate all orders as much as possible. Ask us on Instagram and we may just be able to do our best to squeeze you in the earliest available bake slot.


Do you accept COD?
We don't offer Cash on Delivery at this time. As all our products are made-to-order and prepared fresh, full payment is required before we begin processing your order.

Why are pre-orders so long?
Good things take time and we make sure that you get only the best and freshest products. As much as we want to share on-demand products with you, our products are only prepared upon order to ensure quality and freshness. They are also made in small batches and we try to pool all orders in one go to manage product consistency, output efficiency, and costs. But we promise, it will be worth the wait.

 

What is the shelf life of crinkles? How do I store them?
Shelf life: 2 weeks refrigerated, 3-4 months frozen. Store in airtight container. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight, and moisture.

 

Are your products all vegan?
While we try to provide as much Vegan options as possible, we have a variety of vegetarian-friendly and healthier alternatives from our regular offerings to provide more options for everyone.

 

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we do and would love to work with you on special orders! Just send us a message on Instagram.

 

Can you pack it as a present and include a personalized note for me?
We’d be more than happy to prepare your special gift for you! Make sure to include the Note Card and Special Gift box to your order. You can find them here and here.

 

What are your payment methods?
We accept QR payments through Gcash.

 

Do you have QR codes? 
Yes, we do! QR codes are sent via email whenever you place an order.

 

Do you ship to provincial addresses?
We don't ship directly, but we do offer LBC shipping assistance for provincial orders. Please note that since our products are freshly made and perishable, we highly recommend considering the transit time before placing your order. Once the package is handed over to LBC, handling and any risk of spoilage will be beyond our control. If you'd like to proceed, just let us know and we'll help coordinate your shipment.

 

I forgot to claim my order.
Orders must be picked up on the dispatch date provided. Please make sure to arrange your courier pick ups accordingly. Please note that our products are prepared to order and made without preservatives. Our products are perishables. Spoiled orders due to failure to pick up on the dispatch day will not be replaced. Please note the dispatch schedule. Due to very limited operations, additional advance notification/pick up reminders cannot be guaranteed nor provided.

 

Order Scheduling and Pick-Up Reminders
To ensure everything runs smoothly, all orders are scheduled in advance and complete details including your pick-up date are listed on the product order page, order confirmation email, and final order confirmation. 


Please make sure to take note of your order date and scheduled pick-up as we have multiple orders to manage and are unable to send individual reminders or follow-ups for missed schedules. We kindly ask that you keep track of your pick-up details, we'd hate for you to miss your order!

We deeply apologize, but we reserve the right to decline service to anyone who engages in disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward our team. We believe that a positive experience starts with kind communication. We appreciate your kind understanding.

 

A little request from your friendly neighborhood baker:
We are always excited to bake for you and get your orders ready extra early. Please ensure to note your pick up schedule and order number, and have your lines open for your courier communications on dispatch day. We want you to enjoy your freshly baked orders just like they were just out the oven so please make sure to arrange the pick up schedule on the provided pick up time.

Unfortunately, due to recent instances, we will strictly enforce "pay as you order" process. All unconfirmed orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours and verbal/text confirmation will no longer be accepted. We source our ingredients and materials ahead of time. Strictly no cancellation of confirmed orders.

 

Quick Note on Freshness & Handling
Our products are made fresh and with love and because of that, they're highly perishable. To make sure your order reaches you in the best condition possible, we kindly ask that someone is available to receive the package right away upon arrival.
Please understand that once your order is handed over to the courier, we're unable to take responsibility for any spoilage, damage, or delays that may happen during transit. This includes delays on the courier's end, or any changes in storage conditions after delivery.
